Our automatic transformer radiator production line is developed by absorbing
international advanced technology. The whole line includes automatic uncoiler, roll forming,
punching, overturning for joining, multi spot welding, side seaming welding, terminal seam
welding, side hobbing, terminal cutting, cradle, etc.. It is capable of producing any with
width 520, 480, 320mm (based on customers' needs) and center distance from 500mm to
4000mm. It is with high degree of automation, and good forming, the general performance
is near the level of international level as being the ideal processing equipment for radiator
manufacturers. The production line can be used on-line or also available separately (center
distance below 1500mm better used separately).
